INTENT : The Ombudsperson BC is now apprised of alerts regarding possible jeopardy of adults, infants, children and pets at 350 - 360 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC; per the WorksafeBC public posted Inspection Report 201717356002A submitted to Devon Management; the agent for the land titleholder Starlight Investments Ltd (or. agent of record in BC : IMH Pool XIV LP). There is an apparent Joint And Several Duty Of Care encompassing EIIR Canada, British Columbia, et al regarding international obligations to human, civil and political RIGHTS per Declarations, Covenants, Conventions and the United Nations Charter; as well as the substantive Canada Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Of greatest, paramount import is the empowerment of the BC Ombudsperson to compel the supra parties to comply in a manner similar to judicial review procedures; namely, compelling the parties / actors supra to forthwith perform their respective just and good cause duties of care to the petitioning party (emissary in whole); namely, to provide personal copies of the said WSBC I.R, as above to each tenant of the properties in question, forthwith. And, finally, the Ombudsperson shall determine and report on the issue of why this said imperative information was not originally provided to these tenants; and, why have the various agencies failed to adequately monitor the renovation activities by Starlight.
